Even if he was aware, I do believe it was too much force as 1 shot would have taken care of things, he should not be charged w/1st degree murder as where was the pre-planning? NAACP, they need a name change as "colored" went out w/the '50's. Too, as w/groups of this nature, they merely want to boost their image and get into the limelight, damn on justice. Next thing you know, Jesse or Al will be on the scene getting emotions charged. If the shooter is absolved of any wrong doing, then the Feds will hit him w/a Federal Hate Crime charge.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
