Perhaps you missed my point. I am not offended by these foot basins, like you said, I'll piss in them. The problem is that a federal facility is accomodating a specific religion. And THAT, sir, is wrong. If I were the ACLU I would have big problem with this if it were for Jewish faith or Christian faith. But because it is for Islam, the ACLU has no problem with this.<BR/><BR/>If a Moslem has such a devout devotion to their cleansing rituals, they can bring a tupperware container with them to the BATHROOM OF A FUCKING AIRPORT to wash before they pray.<BR/><BR/>It is total bullshit that these things were installed. <BR/><BR/>As for your "questions" about Christianity....<BR/><BR/>As Christians, we have a duty to spread the word of God. Whether that is just through kind actions towards your fellwo man, or actively helping a friend to find God, you are charged with the duty. As for passing judgement on people, Paul says in the Gospel that Christians are only to judge fellow Christians. But to be sacreligious, I don't put a ton of weight on some of the things Paul said. He didn't even know Jesus (historically speaking). <BR/><BR/>Nothing is gained in retaliation, as a Christian. However, as an American (you are one of those too) there is much to gain and learn. And again, I hope you don't think that Jesus was a strictly passive individual. Because he wasn't. Passivist Christians only like to read the parts of the Bible that read like Jesus was passive. <BR/><BR/>As a matter of fact, the whole "turn the other cheek" thing had to do with verbal insults, not actual physical harm (<A HREF="http://www.americanthinker.com/2006/12/should_a_state_turn_the_other.html" REL="nofollow">Good article</A>). <BR/><BR/>But I digress...as for your second to last statement about not putting them in there for the sake of not this and not accomodating not that and then this and not that. I think I know what you were trying to say and I think you are wrong. There is a reason to NOT have them there and it is because there is a very specific reason for them being there and it happens to be specifically for ONE religion. And that, historically, is unlawful in our Nation.
